Strategic Advice and Representation
 
·  Design, develop and implement customized affirmative action plans to meet client goals and objectives
·  Develop and present affirmative action portions of marketing proposals/project bids, including participation in marketing interviews
·  Represent clients in dealings with government agencies and non-governmental organizations 

Project Support
 
· Work closely with project owners, developers, construction managers, subcontractors and labor unions to achieve project goals/requirements
·   Interface with community organizations and MBE/WBE associations to build contracting relationships
·   Organize and implement opportunity conferences for minority and women owned contractors
·   Act as a liaison with other constituencies, organizations and other parties involved in affirmative action issues
·   Develop hiring plans to achieve workforce participation goals 

Reporting and Analysis 
 
·  Prepare customized reports analyzing attainment of project goals
·   Monitor goal attainment and develop concrete action plans to ensure goals are achieved
·   Prepare and submit required reports to federal, state and local agencies (e.g., HUD, DOH, GSA)
·  Prepare and submit EEO-1 reports to OFCCP 

Training
 

· Provide employee training on relevant laws and requirements

Audits
 
·  Provide support in preparing for compliance audits
