Lieschen
Pastroff is the President of Pastroff Consulting, LLC. She has more than 20 years of experience as
a human resources professional, with particular expertise in the construction industry. Before starting
Pastroff Consulting, Lieschen served as Senior Human Resources Manager for Pepper Construction Company, a large Midwestern
general contractor headquartered in Chicago. Lieschen also served as a Personnel Representative for
General Motors Corporation. Lieschen earned a Masters of Science in Administration degree from Central
Michigan University and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
